- Start by washing your mushrooms using the mushroom washing hack.
- In a large pot melt the butter and add the onions and pan fry until translucent.
- Add the clean washed mushrooms with the garlic and the chicken cubes and allow to cook for 20 minutes until thick.
- Cover with water and allow to simmer for another 20 minutes before blending.
- After blending add the cooking cream and heat through.
- Correct seasoning and serve hot.
