- In a large sauce pan, heat oil and cook onions until slightly browned, add your garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
- Add your sweet corn and butter beans and cook further for 10 minutes or until heated through.
- Add your rice and mix well, add your chopped coriander and mix again. Allow rice to heat through then serve.
