- Prep Time: 20 minutes
- In a large pot heat a quarter cup of olive oil add red onions, spring onions and fry
- Add garlic and ginger paste and fry further for 2 minutes.
- Add sugar and mix in evenly
- Add tomato paste and fry for 4 minutes.
- Add dark soy and fry until combine.
- Break spaghetti in half and place over mixture.
- Cover with water about a centimeter above, cover and allow to cook for 20 minutes
