The Perfect Asian Spaghetti

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes



  1. In a large pot heat a quarter cup of olive oil add red onions, spring onions and fry
  2. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry further for 2 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and mix in evenly
  4. Add tomato paste and fry for 4 minutes.
  5. Add dark soy and fry until combine.
  6. Break spaghetti in half and place over mixture.
  7. Cover with water about a centimeter above, cover and allow to cook for 20 minutes
