Tomato and Coriander Drumsticks

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat the oil and season the oil evenly with salt and black pepper, shortly after they have browned, take them out and set aside.
  2. Add your onions and cook until browned remove them and set aside, add your blended tomatoes and 1 cup of water and mix
  3. Season well and return your drumsticks back to the sauce, and cook down until cooked, add your coriander and mix well, serve hot.
