- In a large pan heat the oil and season the oil evenly with salt and black pepper, shortly after they have browned, take them out and set aside.
- Add your onions and cook until browned remove them and set aside, add your blended tomatoes and 1 cup of water and mix
- Season well and return your drumsticks back to the sauce, and cook down until cooked, add your coriander and mix well, serve hot.
