- In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and add your onions and pan fry until slightly translucent. Add your garlic and dry herbs and sautee on low heat for 10 minutes
- Add your tomato paste, canned tomatoes and beef and water and cover to boil until thickened and liquid has reduced.
- Serve hot.
