Tomato and Herb Beef

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 45 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and add your onions and pan fry until slightly translucent. Add your garlic and dry herbs and sautee on low heat for 10 minutes
  2. Add your tomato paste, canned tomatoes and beef and water and cover to boil until thickened and liquid has reduced.
  3. Serve hot.
