Tomato Beef Rice

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 25 minutes



  1. In a large pot heat 1/8 cup of oil and cook your red onion until slightly browned.
  2. Add your spring onions and allow to cook well, add garlic paste, beef cubeS and ginger paste then allow to cook until aromatic.
  3. Add your meat and tomato paste, cook lightly until sealed, add your blended tomatoes and bring to the boil.
  4. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes add your cooked rice and mix well.
  5. Correct seasoning and serve.
