- In a large pot heat 1/8 cup of oil and cook your red onion until slightly browned.
- Add your spring onions and allow to cook well, add garlic paste, beef cubeS and ginger paste then allow to cook until aromatic.
- Add your meat and tomato paste, cook lightly until sealed, add your blended tomatoes and bring to the boil.
- Allow to cook for about 10 minutes add your cooked rice and mix well.
- Correct seasoning and serve.
