- Prep Time: 30 minutes
- In a sauce pan combine all the ingredients and allow to cook down for 15 minutes, until a thuick syrupy consistency is attained.
- Remove and allow to cool.
- FRENCH TOST
- combine all ingredients in a large bowl and place on a greased baking tray and bake for 5 minutes until one side is browned.
- Remove and turn and place back in the oven for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven.
- Place the compote on top and serve.
