- In a large pan heat the oil and pan fry your onions until translucent. Add spring onions and toss well, add your garlic paste.
- Shortly after add your beef and cook down for 10 minutes before adding your snow peas and water.
- Cook down until water has evaporated, add your green capsicum and serve.
