Vegetable Stirfry

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes



  1. Ina large pan heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the sesame oil too ensure it doesn't burn.
  2. Cook onions until translucent and cooked through add garlic paste, tomato ketchup, oyster sauce, soy sauce and the water.
  3. Add the assorted vegetables and toss evenly, cover to steam vegetables through, serve immediately
