- In a large pan melt the butter and the coconut oil together, season your pan and add your beef and panfry until browned.
- Add your onions and cook until browned as well.
- Add your ginger paste, curry powder and lower the heat and allow them to cook until aromatic.
- Add your yogurt and coconut milk and cook down until thickened. Serve hot with steamed rice.
