Yogurt Beef Curry

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a large pan melt the butter and the coconut oil together, season your pan and add your beef and panfry until browned.
  2. Add your onions and cook until browned as well.
  3. Add your ginger paste, curry powder and lower the heat and allow them to cook until aromatic.
  4. Add your yogurt and coconut milk and cook down until thickened. Serve hot with steamed rice.
