- In a large pot heat 1/8 cup of oil and add your chicken. Once its browned and sealed lightly add your onions and cook until translucent.
- Add your spices garlic and ginger, and put on low heat and allow to toast lightly for 15 minutes, add 1/2 cup of water and stir evenly.
- Add your yogurt and mix in to the chicken, allow to cook for 20 minutes on medium heat and allow to reduce and thicken.
- Add a 1/4 bunch of coriander right before serving, serve with steamed rice.
