Yogurt Chicken Curry

  1. In a large pot heat 1/8 cup of oil and add your chicken. Once its browned and sealed lightly add your onions and cook until translucent.
  2. Add your spices garlic and ginger, and put on low heat and allow to toast lightly for 15 minutes, add 1/2 cup of water and stir evenly.
  3. Add your yogurt and mix in to the chicken, allow to cook for 20 minutes on medium heat and allow to reduce and thicken.
  4. Add a 1/4 bunch of coriander right before serving, serve with steamed rice.
