Yogurt Kima Curry

  • Serves: 3



  1. in a large sauce pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and cook down your minced meat slightly, add your spices and onions over and allow to cook further for 10 minutes.
  2. Add your garlic paste, chicken cube and tomato paste and mix well. Add your blended tomatoes and water and bring to the boil.
  3. After coming to the boil add your garden peas and allow to cook through on low heat, add your yogurt finally at the end mix well.
  4. Bring to the boil one more time and serve hot, with chapati.
