Yummy Corn Curry

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes



  1. In a large pot heat the oil and add your onions then cook until translucent.
  2. Add your garlic paste and spices and allow to toast lightly.
  3. Add your blended tomatoes and the baked beans and bring to boil.
  4. Add your sweet corn and allow to cook through.
  5. Season evenly and add your green capsicum before you serve.
