Yummy Creamy Rice

  1. Add your oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a hot pot, add your rice and fry lightly for 5 minutes, add your cardamom and onions and continue to fry for another 10 minutes.
  2. Mix frequently to ensure it doesn't burn, shortly, the onions will be slightly translucent, add your garlic paste and cook further for 3 minutes.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cups of hot water allow that to evaporate and add another 1 1/2 cups of hot water allow that to evaporate and 1 1/2 cups of hot water allow that to evaporate until the rice is cooked.
  4. After the rice has softened add your last tablespoon of butter and cooking cream allow to heat through. then serve.
