- In a large pot heat the oil, add your minced meat and cook down lightly, add your red onions and cook down lightly.
- Shortly after, add garlic, ginger paste and your spices then allow to cook through before adding your tomato paste.
- Mix well and add your tomato paste, blended tomatoes and water. Cover and allow to cook.
- Add the garden peas and cook until soft before serving. Serve hot with rice.
