Yummy Mushroom Curry



    1. In a large sauce pan melt your ghee and cook your onions until slightly browned, add your garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
    2. Add your spices and lower the heat and cook until aromatic.
    3. Add your blended tomatoes, and cook down shortly after add your coconut milk.
    4. Add your red capsicum and mushrooms and the 1 cup of water and mix through.
    5. Bring to the boil and allow to simmer, serve hot with rice.,
