Yummy Tilapia and Sukuma

  1. In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and cook your spring onions for 5 minutes, add your garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
  2. Add your spices and curry cube and allow to toast lightly. Shortly after, add your coconut milk and mix well ensuring all is encorporated
  3. Add your tilapia fillet, and cook shortly, add your sliced sukuma wiki and cook until wilted.
  4. Serve hot with rice or ugali.
