Zingy Uji

If there is one thing i always look forward to having during the cold mornings is a hot bowl of this zingy uji, it gets your blood flowing your electrolytes energized and just the full feeling through the morning.



  1. In a sauce pot add the water and leave it on low throw add the ginger and allow to simmer until a cup of water remains, remove cooked ginger and set aside.
  2. Mix the wimbi flour with some cold water and allow to become smooth to avoid
  3. Heat the flavoured water solution until it begins to boil and mix in your wimbi continuously and allow to thicken, add the honey and allow to heat through add the lemon juice.
  4. Serve Hot.
